on "The Design aspect of Web Design"
In Nepal there are lots of local and international
institutes that provide training on Web Design. Most
of them teach HTML coding and web authoring tools like
Macromedia Dreamweaver and Microsoft FrontPage. These
types of web designing courses will help people to learn
and use the software but does not teach them designing
skills. In other words, the course does not make them
Web Designers in a true sense.
If you are also one of those who have learnt the tools
of web design and have the desire to learn the skills
of crafting a professional website; then our workshop
is just for you. Our workshop will cover the gamut of
Web Design and technology issues rather than focusing
on an individual application.
Besides theoretical aspect of web design that covers
principles and design guidelines, the major focus will
be given on practical training. The trainees will participate
actively in real-life web projects thereby increasing
their web designing skill dramatically. The course has
a good balance between purely design-related issues
and the technical aspects. You will learn by example
and discover yourself as a designer with excellent working
knowledge of current Web technologies.
